Join us for a behind the scenes look (that's actually in the kitchen) at how some of our favorite menu items are prepared and learn some simple techniques you can use at home.
Chef Neil Manacle and Chef Kevin King will demonstrate, answer questions and show you dishes you can make at home.
Then sit down and enjoy a three course meal featuring the dishes you have just been shown.
Wine will be served with dinner.
